System Usability Score increased from 52 to 75, showing improved navigation and satisfaction.

67% CSAT

Users were generally satisfied, though some remained open to other tools, suggesting room for deeper engagement.

94% Success Rate 

Most users completed tasks easily, confirming alignment with pain points.
